Due to the nature of the service we provide, which is creating custom designed products, products cannot be returned or exchanged except in the following cases:
Customer receives an incorrect order:
Solutions:
Create a new order and send it to the customer.
Credit the customer’s account with a store credit for the full amount of the order to be used towards future purchases.
Refund the customer for the order total upon return of the incorrect order to “With Your Design”with “With Your Design” covering the return shipping cost.
Customer receives an incomplete order:
Solutions:
Deliver the missing items to the customer.
Credit the customer’s account with a store credit for the value of the missing items to be used towards future purchases.
Refund the customer for the value of the missing items.
Customer does not contact us and there is a delay in delivery exceeding 15 days by the courier company (e.g. Aramex, SMSA):
Solutions:
Refund the customer for the order total.
Produce a new order and send it to the customer.
