We provide cup lids for the following cup sizes: 4oz, 6.5oz, 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz. The lids are available in white and black.

We use white GSM paper that is safe to use with beverages

Our cups can only be used to hold hot beverages, however, we aim to provide cups for cold beverages soon

The paper cups can be used for any hot beverage

The minimum amount is one carton, which contains 250 paper cups, whether, it has your own design or our premade designs

Yes, and the cup quantity cannot be changed.

4oz cups can hold up to 118ml
6.5oz cups can hold up to 192ml
8oz cups can hold up to 236ml
12oz cups can hold up to 354ml
16oz cups can hold up to 473ml

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible on our phone number 920020154, or on our email cs1@with-yourdesign.com. Orders cannot be changed once the production process has started

Although, every customer has the freedom to design whatever they want, it is our responsibility to review each design to ensure that it does not contain any elements that go against the laws, and beliefs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to our Terms & Conditions, we have the right to decline and refund any order without providing a reason

There is no limit to how many colors you use

On the design page, you can see a live 3D preview of how your cup is going to look with your design on it

One you head to the design page, you will be presented with a short tutorial showing you how to make your own designs, In addition, you can watch a video tutorial by clicking the ⓘ icon on the left side of the design canvas

You will find the save button in the middle-left corner of the design page. It looks like a floppy disk icon.

Below the floppy disk icon (Save button), you will see an arrow icon, click on this icon and you will see all your saved designs.

In addition, you can log in to your account and go to your account profile and you will see a tab containing all your saved designs.

You can upload .JPEG, .PNG, .SVG and .PDF files provided they are higher than 72 dots (pixels) per inch (DPI) because the website only accepts good or high-resolution images. This helps in achieving good printing quality at the time of production.

Unfortunately, it is not possible, one carton must contain one design.

All designs are in the gallery, and they are updated and added periodically.

Of course not, we are committed to the privacy policy that preserves the right of the customer. If the request reaches the customer and he wants to share it with us, it can be displayed on a social networking site, but it will not be displayed as a design in the exhibition or otherwise.

We use quality printing suitable for paper cups. We use CMYK full color process with high precision. This means that any combination of colors, images and design can be used.

We can say that 95% of the end result will be the same as the mockup even though the other 5% may be in color mismatch since we are using CMYK.

We use matte printing because of the type of ink we use.

No. It is not possible to print on the inside and bottom of paper cups.

At the moment, we do not make a print on the cover.

Standard period of 7 to 10 days from the time of order confirmation. The days may be extended depending on the quantities required, or during peak seasons. Please refer to our website terms and conditions.

Yes, all of our cups are made in Saudi Arabia.

No, that's why the website has a 3D preview feature so you can understand and see how your design is on paper and you can visit our Instagram page and see pre-printed orders for our customers.

At the moment, there is no option to customize the cover. We offer it in black and white with our logo.

Cartons vary in size and type. Usually, we pack the paper cups in plastic films for each bundle and put them in the outer carton.

Our cups have a polyethylene (PE) coating, which is only a small percentage of the total cup weight. They are 100% food safe.

We cannot offer individually wrapped printed mugs. All of our products go through the same production process which includes packing certain quantities of cups together in bags that are then packed into boxes of the same size. Quantities per pack vary box sizes.

Yes. We have partnered with Aramex Cargo to ship orders.

After paying the order, you will receive an email informing you of the successful payment attached to the receipt, as well as the order number that will help you track your order on our website.

Yes, we generally work with the Gulf Cooperation Council and some other countries. If you are from outside the Gulf Cooperation Council, contact customer services.

Unfortunately, This is not possible. All orders must be delivered via our courier partner (e.g. Aramex)

Currently, we have partnered with Aramex as our primary carrier, but we are working to provide more courier options in the future.

Unfortunately, it is not possible, currently our only shipping and delivery partner is Aramex, but it is possible for other companies to join in the future.

Once the order has been dispatched from the factory, we will kindly ask you to follow up with Aramex Customer Service to receive your shipment. From time to time, some delays may occur during shipment by Aramex. Unfortunately, such delays by Aramex are out of our control.

Yes. There is a shipping fee for Aramex and it will be reflected on the checkout page of the website and also on the invoice sent to your email address.

The cups we use have two layers (Double wall), except for the size of 4 ounces and 6.5 ounces, it is in one layer (Single wall).
